Methodology / corrections / right of reply

Strong claims require
stronger records.

The purpose of this archive is not to make every allegation sound certain. It is to preserve what can be documented, identify reasonable inferences, and state clearly where only an institution’s internal records can provide the final answer.

01

Documented fact

A statement directly supported by a published record, timestamp, correspondence, screenshot, or institutional response.

02

Analytical inference

A conclusion drawn from two or more documented facts. Inferences are identified as analysis and remain open to competing technical explanations.

03

Unresolved question

A matter that cannot be decided from public evidence—for example, who changed a database field or why a backend record became unavailable.

04

Institutional claim

A statement attributed to the bank, courier, regulator, committee, or another party. Publication does not convert that statement into an established fact.

Source preservation

Original files, correspondence, timestamps, and available metadata should be retained separately from edited images used for publication. Redactions protect personal and payment data without changing the substance of a record.

Corrections

Material errors should be corrected transparently. A correction should identify what changed and why, while preserving the integrity of the original publication history.

Right of reply

Riyad Bank, Aramex, the Saudi Central Bank, relevant committees, and any other named party are invited to submit a documented response. A substantive reply may be published or linked alongside the relevant report.

Privacy

Readers should not submit full card numbers, CVV values, passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary personal identifiers. Public-interest documentation does not justify exposing unrelated individuals.
